Patche Embroidery
The process of producing exceptional quality of custom embroidered patches is highly dependent on our skill to accurately translate your design, logo or idea into the medium of artwork (digitizing) to our tech-controlled embroidery machines. The process begins with a very high-grade polyester fabric using equally polishe colored threads then sew the computer generated pattern of threads onto the polyester fabric to form the exact design our client has on their mind that you want. Depending on the client’s purpose behind the final product the types of backing material we apply to the underside of the polyester fabric of the finished patch, may vary.
